I was extremely anxious about taking my car to any auto shop due to terrible reviews and past bad experiences. However, upon the recommendation to check out In and Out Auto, I'm incredibly grateful that I did. Bryan promptly responded to my initial email and scheduled an appointment for me just two days later. He explained everything thoroughly and got quotes to me right away. I really appreciated the quick inspection text I received while my car was in the shop, covering basic things I may need to address soon, but without any pressure. It's evident that they genuinely care about their customers. What really topped off my experience was when I got into my car to leave, I noticed that they had fixed my broken door handle, which had been broken for months, with no additional fee, and I didn't even have to ask! I will for sure be back!

I'm so glad I got a used car inspected here before purchasing. The dealer was asking 2k above Kelly Blue Book value and it needed at least 4k in repairs. Staff at In and Out Auto Care were super friendly and helpful and gave us the information we needed to decide whether or not to purchase the car we were looking at (WE DID NOT of course).
